Ct/Size: One bunch Rainbow Chard
Rainbow Chard is the most colorful sister of the Swiss Chard family. A delightfully versatile "green", Rainbow Chard taste depends more on which part your eat than color. The leaves are similar to spinach but milder, earthy and just slightly bitter. They stalks, on the other hand, taste more reminiscent of beets, a distant cousin.
Rainbow Chard pairs well with butter, lemon, cream, garlic, shallots and vinaigrette.
